This page explains how to permanently delete your data from Cyvia. Because Cyvia stores all health data locally on your device and does not use cloud accounts, data deletion is performed entirely on your phone.
All of the following is stored only on your device:
| Method | Steps | Result |
|---|---|---|
| In-App Deletion | Open Cyvia → Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete All Data → Confirm | Permanently clears all database records, logs, and preferences. This action cannot be undone. |
| Uninstall the App | Long-press Cyvia icon → Uninstall, or remove via Settings → Apps → Cyvia → Uninstall | Android removes all app sandbox files including the database and internal backups. |
| Delete Exported Backups | Manually delete any JSON backup files you saved to Downloads, cloud storage, or other locations | Removes copies of your data that you exported outside the App. |
After confirmation, all cycle records, daily logs, symptoms, settings, and PIN configuration are permanently erased.
Because Cyvia operates without user accounts, Khatib Studio has no server-side copy of your health data to delete. Third-party services may retain limited technical data according to their policies:
